To be clear, again as stated, I don't think he should be playing given the circumstances. Nor would any NHL team roster him.
However, what's really laughable is you using those two nonsensical arguments that have nothing to do with anything.
1) Oh ok, so your logic here is since more go unreported, just assume anyone accused is guilty. What incredible critical thinking we have here. Even more obtuse when you realize the same could be said for literally ANY crime aside from murder (assault, theft, drunk driving, etc.). It's a pointless, stupid argument in general, but particularly lacks relevance here.
2) No evidence has been revealed to the public to prove coordination at this point. You talk as if there is messaging where McLeod said "hey guys, I got this drunk girl up here to take advantage of. Come on up." Then the authorities this was promptly reported to by Team Canada, not the family, just ignored that evidence for several years. Quite incredible assumptions you are making to arrive at your preconceived notion. Impressive really. Lastly, Hockey Canada snap paying 4 years later also means little. Companies and wealthy individuals do this all the time. It could be as simple Hockey Canada, at a minimum, was dead to rights in violating conduct/reporting policies or simply wanted to protect public image.
Only a complete neanderthal would assume he's 100% guilty based on the evidence that's public so far. Make no mistake, people doing this are just as bad as anyone saying he's definitively innocent. Not enough info public. Period. Let the legal process play out.
