Nate's post-game interview was pretty good. Talked about watching film of Necas on the PP in Carolina and seeing how/where he was effective and then adjusting his own game around that so he's not "hogging the half wall."

He must think pretty highly of Necas because I don't know how many players Nate would willingly give his spot to. He wasn't watching tape of Evan Rodrigues in Pittsburgh and Buffalo that's for damn sure lol.

It’s been said he’s in close contact with video coaches and the analytics team, he regularly takes stuff home to watch.
He’s known for his insomnia and sleeping very few hours, most of that time awake is spent either watching other games, watching tape from the video team or reviewing analytics.
Even in that speed dating video with him and Landy, Landy jokes that MacK is up all night.
His coffee addiction probably contributes to it.

Ha! World tour is over. Cycled 6000 miles total. From Delhi to Hanoi, from San Francisco to Miami, at Kenya/Tanzania/Uganda and backpacked few months in South-America & Japan. Now I'm broke but we had amazing 13 months.

Nuke needs to continue like that, driving lines instead of snorting them. First game back, and just so noticeable out there. Guy just needs to stay healthy and off the dope.
He did look good, but there were some warts to be sure. What matters is that he was skating, didn't look hesitant at all (at least to me he didn't) and made the 2nd line look about 1000X better it has in weeks.

Kelly wearing his chin strap on his... chin is something I'd expect Wood or Colton to do. I don't know what he thinks he looks like.
I'm old enough to remember the old (and I mean OLD) Jofa helmets that looked more like football domes that had the football-style chinstrap and everything. I didn't have one but I remember others who did.
