yeah the 5-on-3 is terrible...for a lot of teams its just about an automatic goal.

For a long 5-on-3, I don't understand why they don't put a guy behind the net and get him to feed targets in front? You've still got a 4-on-3 advantage in front of the goalie.

Whatever you try, there has to be some chess moves.
