Still haven’t seen anything about if it’s open to the public. I feel like this is a weird time for a development camp though. Starts tomorrow but FA starts Wednesday? Feels like the coaches and GMs should be focusing on that although every team is doing their development camp now.

I’ve looked for tickets for the scrimmage on the Sharks website and the Barracuda website. I’m not finding anything. Any luck with anyone else??
Hasn’t even been word if it’s open to the public or not. I’d imagine it will be but doubt you’ll find tickets until it’s officially announced.

McCarthy apparently will be running things. (And I'm guessing Ricci and Nabby)

Perhaps some others. Perhaps Hannah, McLaren, Brown who help coach Junior Sharks?

In the past, the team want to allow the kids to use this as a development opportunity, without the pressure of fans in the stands.

Often, the only thing "open" to fans is the scrimmage.

Would make the Sawchenko UFA situation make more sense. Mann and Havelid in the A sounds really good.
Are we even able to sign Hugo Havelid? He's only 18, and I don't know that playing him in the AHL would be the best idea anyway - he has virtually no pro experience.

I'm not saying he's a bad idea to try and get, of course, just that I don't know that they can sign him, or that he should play in the AHL rather than back in Sweden. He's probably a long-term project anyway.

Can’t sign him. Should still be eligible to be drafted.

He can still attend camp I believe, but can’t sign up

Isn't there some weird window right now where we can sign some of the kids that went undrafted? I know draft eligibles have been signed in this prospect camp window before

edit:
seems like they have to have played in NA

So they would need to be under 20 and played in North America. This means Havelid is not eligible as he’s a euro free agent.

I think this makes sense as I can only remember CHL guys getting those kinda deals before
