Based on what Power, Faber, and Sanderson signed for you knew it was going to be in around there.z. And those 3 signed with just 1 season under their belt as they burned an elc coming out of ncaa.
Seider put in the full 3 years. This takes him to age 30.

Fair deal based on the market.

Think Yzerman hit this one out of the park. Obviously having Larkin as the benchmark for future contracts(Unless an absolute superstar comes in free agency or something) is smart in the future if a Danielson or Sandin-Pellikka pops. Plus Raymond and Seider won't become free agents the same summers again.

The signings of Raymond and Seider to these terms at these values will really look good in a few years if they continue their upward trajectory. Even if they plateau where they are they will be full value in 3 seasons with the cap increases coming.

NJD and Detroit making hay with some timely contracts to some young promising players, banking on them improving and loving them even if they don't with these values and a $100 million cap in the near future

Really happy with these deal, gives the Wings tons of cap flexibility going forward, they have expiring contracts over the next couple years and good prospects who will be ready soon. Glad the deal got done.
