Well aware of that, but Dello is more the kind of D you would expect to get on a AHL 1-way instead.

Detroit does have contract space though, so meh.

My guess is the 2-way deal is in case there is a need to call him up. Maybe that's what it required to get the deal done. Perhaps this indicates something is going to be done with either the Holl or Petry contracts.

He got a two way deal because he was being offered two way deals this summer. It’s a bone in many ways to get an AHL player.

I’m waiting for the Grimaldi signing any day now.
