I look forward to this evening to see an angry and irritated Finland.
Which is being overwhelmed by the Danish area like a tornado.

Losing this game isn't option today.
If guys like Vesalainen,Tolvanen,Heiskanen and Vaakanainen wants to get drafted in 1st round next June's draft they have to step up right here and right now.

Yesterdays game against Czechs was something what i don't wanna see again.

Ruotsalainen and Palmu switch lines. Otherwise same lineup as yesterday. Vehviläinen in goal.

Vaakanainen needs to play with Välimäki or Saarijärvi to spread out quality across the defense. Vaakanainen + Mattila were a train wreck defensively last night. Neither could do the heavy lifting and the pairing ended up being a liability most of the night. Välimäki/Saarijärvi might be able to carry the load and let Vaakanainen play a sheltered role.

At least beer would taste very good there in the Danemark after that, while it would not influence dramatically to a local Finnish consumption rates of the product - uh, maybe to some degree as a 'self-induced-prophylatic-against-societal-trauma'. :D

Soo. Let's take one for the brewing industry is what you're saying?

Is Rautakorpi purposely shutting Tolvanen down? I don't see what he sees in Nättinen, he's a true vanilla player. What did Ruotsalainen do to earn that promotion? Perplexing.

Tolvanen and Rasanen have been together all year in Sioux City, seems like it'd be an easy decision to keep them together here.

Yes, but our coach ( Rautakorpi) is stubborn idiot who don't realize that.
Rautakorpi has decided to shutdown all that scoring threat what Tolvanen has to offer.

Yes this sounds brutal but that's the truth right now.

Don't really get the hate for Nättinen. He was pretty good yesterday. Palmu was the biggest problem on that line with his inability to handle the passes by Tolvanen and Nättinen.

In short tourneys chemistry is very important, so familiar duos should be tested together 1st.

"pretty good" is not what you want from your #1C. We lost the game and had maybe 2 scoring chances in the full 60min game.

In theory if Finland were to lose this in regulation then they'd be pretty much screwed because just a win against the Swiss wouldn't be enough to avoid the relegation side at that point.

But in reality it's highly unlikely they lose this.

Hoping Denmark gets a good start. No doubt in my mind that Finland will win but a few lucky bounces and a good PP could make it close.
