I really hope Denmark stay competitive. We need to reduce the personal mistakes to a bare minimum, to be able to survive in this game.

GG

Yeah yeah, I know...Danes came within a whisker of beating Russia TWICE at WJ's...Forgetaboutit...

This one will be NO CONTEST!

And yet Russia has a habit of making these games closer than they need to be. If they fall asleep in this one they could get surprised by a feisty Denmark team.

Coaches

I believe that the two coaches has played together in their later years as players, in Copenhagen. They must actually know each other, I think...

They played together in Rødovre SIK in the 1989-90 season.

Bragin was a beast. I remember they filled up Brøndbyhallen for the finals against Herning, which was unheard of back then. A glorious night in my, back then, relatively young life.

Next year, the league saw a couple of other Russians in Starkov, Trunho and one more I cant remember, but none came even close to Valerij Bragin :handclap::handclap::handclap:

EDIT: I think the last Russian were Christiachov, but not sure.

#7 on the Denmark backend.

Watch him, he'll be playing shutdown in all situations on the top forward lines all night.

Kid's a gem.

Pedersen will be between the pipes....Hard choice between him and Krog but i think the size gave Pedersen the nod.

Pedersen was pretty good against sweden and exceptional against the czechs...
