I'd expect the top four to receive the lion's share of the minutes in comparison. The ideal scenario would obviously be to slot Liljegren in the group of six for Mete.

unfortunately Mete can't play NHL mins

i don't follow the Marlies closely but there must be someone with at least avg size who won;'t get pushed around as easily as Mete and can at least somewhat play D and bang the puck off the glass and out of our zone

while i believe both are better where they are i also believe they could be effective in other positions

Makar i think is a little thicker and a better skater with a better shot but Mitch would create a shit ton of offense as well from the back end

and i know we're just screwing around but if we had Tanev , Mitch and him would make a hell of a D pairing imo

Kral would be a good call up. Just unfortunate he’s also another LD. We already have Sandin playing his off-side and his play has been pretty awful.

Mete looked great in preseason and the games with the Marlies he was their best D. Not sure why all the hate just because he is undersized, who cares.

I would rather Gio-Sandin be the 2nd pair, Mete-Holl be the 3rd pair
