Forgot to post this earlier...

He only got to play in three playoff games with the AHL's Ontario Reign last season, but before that, he helped lead the University of North Dakota Men's Hockey team to the 2015-16 NCAA Championship.

Indeed, LA Kings defenseman prospect Paul LaDue had quite the season last year, winning a championship and almost immediately making the jump to the professional ranks.

How did that go for him? What did the Kings see in him when they selected him in the sixth round of the 2012 draft? Do they have high hopes for him, despite the fact that he was a late-round draft pick?

For the scoop on all that, including exclusive comments from Kings Vice President of Hockey Operations Mike Futa, check out Frozen Royalty's first 2016 Rookie Camp story...

Thanks Gann have read it all ready, looking forward hearing about other players. :) Mayby Cernak, Sharipzyanov or Lintuniemi?

Maybe ask goalie coach or goalies about these new gear how they are going to effect playing styles.

Good article. Slight correction: in the opening paragraph you called his team the Fighting Hawks
