I don't know what's the right strategy, but if I am MSL, I want to ice the best team possible. After seeing him get better in just 5 games and look very good, I find it hard to believe he will stay in Laval much longer.

I think he's gonna get some games with the big team before the season is over. By the looks of things this kid is the real deal, hardly looked like he lost any time at all.
He may not be dynamic like Hutson but he's dynamic positionally. He aggressively gets to the front of the net on offense and looks to create offense by moving around in unique and creative ways to break down the defense. Still gets his big-ass self out of the zone ahead of the play too, love that.
His defence is great obviously but I think he'll produce at a decent rate even without PP1 time at the NHL level. He's trending very well and there's still plenty of runway left to develop.
Kid is a stud.

Defensively I see it. He has incredible gap control, covers a lot ice with a huge reach. I personally see more offence than Phillips though. Overall package I see pietrangelo light

My expectations were low but I just watched his highlights vs Utica and wow this guy is giving Shea Weber vibes.
He looks aggressive, with his body and his stick. Very decisive, doesn't hesitate AT ALL. Moves puck up the ice & towards the net quickly. Nice shot too, he's got a cannon. Lots of f*ck you energy.
I feel so much better about this pick holy shit. I love it. This is right after a serious knee injury too with very little NA experience, incredible

He's somehow improved his skating speed despite the MCL injury. He looked really fast and powerful during this game. Very rangy player. Let's hope he keeps it up because he solves a big issue if he does.
haven't been able to watch the games this season but in this clip he reminds me more of a Doughty-lite than Weber, just on mobility alone.
in the past i had said he reminded me of Bouwmeester but i'd love if he ends up being more physical than that.
wow... I did not know that Hamrlik has the first overall pick of the 1992 draft.
I would prefer to let him develop in laval for the rest of the season. We need to bring Mailloux and see if he can play in the NHL for us. If not Mailloux could be used for a trade in the 2025 draft.

Yep he was and at the time he was very good offensively.
...but when he was with the Habs , he was a bit more a stay home defenseman

If the Habs keep winning, best to not mess with the current lineup. At the moment, losing 2-1 in second period vs Oilers.

Habs management build something special in MTL.
Reinbacher impressive me more everyday, I understand now why scouts are high on him in 2023 draft.
His mobility, skating, position, IQ offense and defense, shot... looks all really really good.
After Demidov and Hage, everything make sense for the future. If they reach all their potential, this team will be fun to watch for many years to come!!
A lot of really nice things here, it's nice to see him playing well after so much time off.

Weber had about best shot ever in league. Around 20 goals, limited mobility but wicked shot. Physical beast down low. He neutralized Matthews, Connor types in playoffs
