Wondering what's going to happen with David Perron
Being excellent the past few seasons, but he's into his mid-30s do he probably only has one or two more seasons of strong play left.
Does he return to St. Louis? My assumption is no, as they won't be able to give him a raise, and I am sure he wants to cash in on one final deal.

Well, he took a team friendly deal last time and has stated on multiple occasions that he loves playing in St.Louis. It wouldn't exactly be the biggest shock in the world if he decides to agree to a new team friendly deal.

If I am not mistaken.all his contracts have been signed with the blues. He has played on other teams but all his contracts have been signed with the blues

Great player. Wish the oilers could bring him back but not in the cards.

He will get 3 years, 10.5M total value for a 3.5 mill per year cap hit with the Blues!

he's worth $5M x 3-years...I'd be fine with the Blues going $4M x 4yrs one last time with him. He'll still be productive at 37, I'd wager.

I can see him sticking with the Blues with anther 3.5m-4.5m for 3-4 years. He loves the Blues and the City.

One of the most quietly and consistently productive players for his entire career I swear. Almost every season I'm shocked to see how many points he has because he's virtually never discussed. Gotta imagine he doesn't break the streak of signing in St. Louis. 3x4.5ish

Considering his career was almost completely derailed due to concussions early, I'm happy he was able to become the player he is today.

Hope the Blues give him 5 years.
