Avs have often come out guns blazing in the last few years especially in the 1st round. Then they slow down the longer they play.Dallas hasn’t won a game 1 since 2020, so how they start the series will be interesting.
That was a big player in the series last year. Dallas’ top 9 all average around 17-18 minutes a game, while MacKinnon is going 23-24+. The longer the series goes, the more it benefits Dallas.Avs have often come out guns blazing in the last few years especially in the 1st round. Then they slow down the longer they play.
The Avs top guys log a crap ton of minutes whenever they play. It's always like that, so not unexpected that they might burn out a bit the deeper it goes. That was a big player in the series last year. Well I can’t argue that logicBut have they given up 3 gaols in the last minute of the game?
Probably because other than that Seattle series the Avs tend to roll whatever team they play in round 1 then run out of gas towards the end of round 2. No one saw them taking out Winnipeg in 5 last year. For some reason, I feel like the Avs are going to truck Dallas in 4-5 games.
This should be the Western Conference final. It's sad to see a favorite out in the first round.
The Stars have lost 4 in a row.Dallas seemingly hasnt lost since aquiring Mikko and hes been pretty average. Im scared shitless of the Stars. Avs havent lost much either but hardly looked dominant at all i nthe past month or so.
True. Was 16-5 before that. The Stars have lost 4 in a row.
