Just because I won't have too many more excuses to post this picture, I still chuckle that it wasn't too long ago that the NHL draft board was manually updated. When Hellberg was unexpectedly taken early in 2011, I couldn't help but imagine some NHL staffers panicking about not having the Hellberg board ready to insert. As I remember it, that pick remained blank for several minutes.

I remember that I didnt have a cellphone in 2011. I had a rinky dinky flip-phone. Everything is so much more pcomputerized these days and it's only been what 13 years.

Yeah, this is probably a reference only funny to me.

A couple years ago, the wings signed Hellberg. That started a small conversation about if we could then swing a trade of our #2 goalie Alex Nedeljkovic, for a "struggling" Byfield.

One of the silliest ideas I've heard on here and I think of it any time I see Hellberg's name pop up
