D Otso Rantakari - Espoo Blues, Liiga (2012 undrafted)

21-year-old Otso Rantakari just broke the Finnish league's goal-scoring record for rookie Ds and is just one point behind Sami Vatanen's rookie D point record.

He's not big, 6'0" / 176lbs, but is a good skater and his puck-handling skills are impressive. He's been putting up quite good numbers through his junior career but still have been staying fairly under the radar.

He's only 21, so I think he might still be draft eligible. If he is, then he has to be drafted first before signing a contract. From what I've seen of Rantakari, I think somebody will take him for sure. He's got so much potential and he has been developing at a really fast pace.
