Jumped from #165 at the mid-term to #74 in the Central Scouting Final NA ranking. Haven't been able to find any info on him other than this tidbit from THW:

Matthew Kellenberger is an extremely smart, two-way defender who skates effortlessly. He remains cool and calm under pressure, using his strengths to buy himself time to make the best available play. In another article, I saw that he is committed to Princeton, and plays on attending in 2018. So not sure where he is going to play next year? I believe Sarnia owns his rights in the OHL.
