D Juuso Ketola - Ässät, FIN JRS (2018 Draft)

There's a thread for much less interesting Finnish prospects. I personally think Ketola is undervalued and he has went somewhat under the radar for quite long time already.

He has has 15 points from the first 20 games in Finnish U20 league. The pace is one of the best from his league which is pretty impressive for a player who could still play in U18 league.

He has enough offensive skills and physical traits in his game (despite the size, he is surprisingly strong and physical) to become really good defenceman in the future. Ketola still has holes in his game and he really could try to make some simpler plays but I think the tools are there.

Are those measurements correct? He is already quite heavy for that height. Stats aren't really groundbreaking, but fairly solid. How is his skating?

I think measurements might be correct. Already last season I noticed that while he is not the biggest player on ice, he is very strong for a player of his height. Ketola is hard to knock down.

His skating is fine, he is mobile, agile and accelerates quickly but then again his top speed has room for improvement.
