Jamieson spent most of the season with Cretin-Derham Hall in the Minnesota High School circuit but had a late season stint in the USHL with the Madison Capitals, and I thought he looked great.
He's a very fluid puckmover and great at reading the play and initiating rushes from his defensive end. Solid skating, good lateral mobility, very good transition play.
I didn't get enough viewings of him to fully assess his defense, but he didn't show any glaring deficiences or show any major missteps. He seemed to seamlessly step into the higher level of USHL play (compared to HS).
He's committed to University of St. Thomas for 2024/25 at the moment.
