Threads for players like this are usually @GermanSpitfire's area of expertise, but he hasn't created one yet and I think Thompson deserves it. 
Very exciting player. Listed as 5'7'', 150 lbs and if anything he looks smaller than that, but the skating and puck skills are incredible. Looks like a guy with first-round talent for the bantam draft but fell to the 3rd round. Not sure if he isn't fully committed or teams were scared of his size but his brother plays in Portland, so I'd say there's a good chance he reports. Fun player to follow.
