He is off to a strong start with a good USHL team. He has 9 points in 8 games. Big improvment from last year, when he only got 8 points in 38 games.

Anyone watched him play? Are his points just a results of playing with Guschin, Farinacci? How is he on the defensive side?

The points have been a result of stout defensive play, he’s extremely reliable and smart defensively. Needs to continue to improve his skating but his lateral movement is smooth.

He’s a solid Defenceman but don’t expect him to put up a ton of points at the next level.

I was really impressed by his defensive play this season, skating could be a concern though going forward. Could develop into a nice depth defensive dman for them, solid pick I think.
