How did Juolevi look?

Wasn't that dominating #1 defenseman we expected but solid first period with no big mistakes.

We were spoiled by PuLa-aho for sure but this is the first game of the tournament lets not write them of so soon.

Vesalainen looks good and Tolvanen so far has been invisible .. in a good way i think he looks to be like a stealthy sniper judgning by that period. I think he will put the puck in net this game.

If the new guys show up even a bit. Finns should have solid team all the way.

He's not Karlsson type of defenseman.
He's quiet possession driver with excellent breakout pass.

Our offense doesn't look scary at all, these shots are really weak.

Craig Button is so annoying.

Raves about Spaceks smarts and vision as he throws an unscreened muffin on net, that is smothered and ends the zone time and pressure.

My biggest pet peeve in hockey is that exact play.

As usual at WJC, we have many low quality shots. And that's problem nr. 1 which is holding us back. Canadians would have scored 2-3 goals from those chances in the second period.
