Created player and team limit in NHL 17?

Hello guys,

Maybe this question is asked here before, but I was wondering if there is a maximum of players/teams you're able to create in NHL 17?

I'm planning on making my home country league (14 teams and 300+ players I think). Before I'm going to completely waste my time on that, I want to know if there is such a thing as a create player limit so I don't have to stop in frustration somewhere halfway.

I'm not sure if there is a limit is, but I currently have over 330 players created on one roster file.

Wow 300+ players? I hope youre goign to keep all their features stock (face/hair etc) otherwise that would take so long to do.

Hey, just an update I'm up to 360 players. I made all the players that have retired since 05-06 and have put them on the rosters that they were on during that season. It took a long time, but it is quite nostalgic and fun to play with fairly accurate rosters in a next gen nhl game. So in short I have no clue what the limit is, but there is definitely enough room if you want to make your league. Hopefully EA gives us this kind of room in 18.

Thanks for the great replies guys! I hope in the near future EA will come up with a creation zone on pc just like fifa 13 and 14 had, that will let people download eachother's rosters and with a easier interface to create players. Would be the ultimate dream for me. Until then I have a lot of work to do.

Hi, pretty sure the max number of players is 600, and i know the max number of teams that can be created is 50.
