I would have felt better about our gold medal chances if Button had us out of the medals and finishing 4th or 5th.

Finland has a great group of guys and remember that Laine and Pulju would've been still eligible.. I can't remember the last time Finland was the favorite to win gold before tournament.

I'm holding my horses but I think it will be two Nordic and two NA teams in the semis.

Think whatever you want about Buttons projections but I cannot wait for this tournament to begin, it is going to be a great W.J.C, it is WIDE open.

This is the best hockey tournament of the year bar none.

Sweden is 11-13 in their last 24 medal round games, 40-0 in their last preliminary round games. Something seems to always go wrong for them in the medal round.

They may not dominate games but still will be competitive to any team they are against.

I believe it will be between usa and sweden, feel they have the best rosters. Not looking at brackets just who i feel has the best squads.

I also like finland behind those teams.
