I'd be very surprised if they shipped Dvorak, considering Dach is a big question mark.

reliable vet, plays well in all three zones, not a liability on the bottom 6. He's depth and he's useful in this line up.

top 6 in my eyes: Laine, Caufield, Dach, Suzuki, Slafkovsky, Roy

bottom 6: Armia, Gallagher, Evans, Anderson, Newhook, Dvorak, Kapanen(battling for a spot).

I like Newhook's game on the bottom 6. Lots of energy and north/south skating. I'm not sure I like him top 6 as a playmaker.

Again, the discussion was about Dvorak relative to Dach. Hage is too far in the future for such discussions.

No. But the prime years for a guy like him rarely extend past 30. Unless he's part of the exceptions he got 3 years left maybe so likely not part of this core when this core will be ready to win playoffs games.
