Well watching him play he leaves you amazed similar to Mcdavid

Obviously we will see if it translates to NHL production.

Exciting to see a guy of this caliber come up and potentially challange Mcdavid whose been running the board since 2018

Depends on your teams needs, McDavid is the best player in the league but is going to be due for a hefty raise. IF Bedard comes close to performing like people expect on an ELC it’s a lot easier to fit him in without thrashing your depth to fit a potential 15+ million player. It’s a big “if” on Bedard though

It's possible both players get a major payday in the summer of 2025. McDavid 16 million per year. Bedard 14 plus million per year.

Assuming Bedard is what we all expect him to be.

Better player for the next few years will probably me McDavid. Bedard should be the second or third best player.

Something tells me he’s going to be scoring a lot more goals than people think, and a lot sooner than people think. That shot is just too good combined with his overall skill and IQ. Apparently he’s already noticeably faster now than he was just 3 months ago too
