Cost of Kings obtaining (D) Nurse from Oilers

Half of the Kings defense (greene, regher, and mitchell) have played long careers. What would it take for them to pry D. Nurse away from the Oilers? I figure the Oilers could use experience the following trade delivers for a very good young defenseman.

Nurse is a prospect, not even an NHL roster player.

Until he proves otherwise, Nurse is not a NHL player let alone an every day defenseman on the Kings let alone a player like Mike Richards who may be overpaid but makes real contributions in the playoffs.

How long ago was the last time the Oilers developed a decent defenseman from their farm? How long did it take? Let's ask Klefbom.
