Hi everybody.
This is my first Post on the Isles Board and I'd like to start out with a Question.
I travel to Ny at the end of september and will be there for about 3 Weeks.
I'd like seeing some of the Isles games during that time.
Is Ticketmaster the best solution to get tickets?
How about gettin Tickets at Gameday at the Stadium?
A friend of mine was at a game last year, and it was far from sold out - will this be the same for the season opener on oct 5th
Last but not least, wher's the place to grab a beer pregame and/or after the game.
THx for any advice!

for the opener, yeah ticketmaster, stubhub or the isles website will be best. you can try your luck walking up on gameday, but even in years when the isles are truly pathetic they tend to sell out opening night. this year the club actually has some hope.

as far as beer before the game. There's either a bar across the street from the coliseum called Doolins (or is it Social Sports Kitchen? i dunno i havent been in years), or in the Marriot hotel next to the coliseum there's a bar called Champions. http://www.marriott.com/hotel-restaurants/nycli-long-island-marriott/champions/71621/about.mi

Home opener sells out. Best bet is ticketmaster. Social is a bar right across the street that I like to go to. If you want to stay on site you can walk into the Marriot hotel and there is a bar inside called Champions that a lot of fans meet up at.

Individual game tickets go on sale September 3rd online...I'd definitely get opener tickets in advance because it's nearly a definite it will sell out.

THX for the quick answers!:handclap:
well, i'll definitly try to buy the tickets in advance, since all of you say it's gonna be a sell out!
enjoy you day
