To be fair, he was older when he was drafted!

Glad to see him sign, there’s speculation that he’ll be loaned to the KHL for a year before coming over. Would be amazing if he was willing to play a year in the AHL, but I don’t know if he’d be willing to stay down for a full season.

Looks like he followed up his KHL rookie season with similar numbers. Just not a miraculous playoff run to cap it off this time. Excited to see if his game translates to the NHL.

Ironically I feel he plays very similar to Blackwood (besides Mack being 4” taller) who wasn’t on the roster when Colorado drafted him. So maybe them being a tandem together could be huge.
