The Eagles are in Loveland? That's a long drive from Charlotte...
Wrong
Not if no other team put in a claim and seeing that the Avs have the last waiver request, it is obvious no other team put in a claim.

Not entirely wrong. He can be loaned to the AHL for 30 days then he has to go through waivers again to stay there
He has a private jet in loveland or i wish he had a jetThat's a long drive from Charlotte...
why? Arizona vs playing for the AVS?I'm starting to feel bad for this guy.
The point is that if he was staying in Arizona it would be with an NHL job. If he got waived he was coming back to Colorado when they claimed him.Did you miss where Arizona waived him meaning he would be in the AHL regardless which team had his rights
You assume that was the point. The OG poster said he’s starting to feel bad for him after he was reclaimed by Colorado. Another poster chimed in also assuming by saying it’s because hes going to be making an AHL salary instead of NHL.The point is that if he was staying in Arizona it would be with an NHL job. If he got waived he was coming back to Colorado when they claimed him.

Take it easy on them. I recently found out a bunch of them don't know the difference between pledge and donate. Not the brightest bunch here on HFboards.
Incorrect .No they can't, he still has to pass through waivers to play in the AHL last time I checked, they can loan him to another league without issue though
An AHL backup goalie. It's the teams that are claiming him on waivers (ARI, FLA) that are insisting on him being more. It would be absurd for Colorado to not claim him back in this situation as now he can go play for the Eagles as was always the plan.@Richard88 found his 3G after all.
Seriously, what does COL see in this guy?
Just a solid all around teammate off the ice and at practice?
