Obviously Colorado would claim him back if he was on waivers, they put him on waivers to send him to the AHL in the first place, now they can. Not the brightest bunch here on HFboards.

The difference between the Arizona claim and this one is that Arizona has to keep him on the NHL roster but Colorado can send him to the AHL because they were the team that initially put him on waivers.
