Coaching Systems & X's and O's?

Not sure if this is the right sub-forum for this but I'm wondering if people have good resources that can allow me to watch the game a little smarter.

Below is a video of Ken Hitchcock and the Blues' staff breaking down their system a few years ago. If anyone knows of any youtube channels with similar content, or even reading material I'd appreciate it.
