"Top...in the world" implies right now, so I'm not sure where all this momentum for Power is coming from.

He may be #2 in terms of potential but I don't get the sense that that's what the poll is asking.

Poll is a snapshot - who is the best right now.

I am not ready to vote in 19 year old Power over Dobson, Miller, or even some of the less exciting but older names, but others may have a better feel for what kind of a player he is right now. Long term I have him above a few guys in the top 4.

I voted Dobson.

I hope he wins.

I'm gonna wait until my friend is in a meeting and text him while he's in the meeting that HF thinks Owen Power is better than K'Andre Miller right now.

In wrestling they refer to that as "popping the boys."

I’d probably would have voted Power but once he gets a full NHL season under his belt, it would be premature to have him higher than guys like Bouchard and Dobson.

Dobson’s my pick

I personally think Dobson is better than Byram right now, so I voted him. Gets harder after that IMO

Not really.

After Dobosn, Miller stands out on this list like a whale in a gold fish tank.

Then it gets harder.

He's the guy I know the least about (on that list) tbh. I probably would have voted Romanov next otherwise.

I would put Bouchard firmly on the bottom of that group, but still with it in terms of voting. I think once Bouchard is gone, it's going to get real tough.

Boqvist has so many question marks, and Romanov is a tough player to judge. I could see Power or even L. Hughes being better today than some of those older guys.

A forgotten name is Mikey Anderson from the LA Kings..
Top pairing defensive Dman.
Wish I could remember the article but he was named the 7th best defensive Dman in the NHL

This poll has been eye-opening for me. I had no idea Miller was this unknown.

I don't know how you don't notice somebody like 7 feet tall but I digress.

I originally had him on here, but then double checked his age and it turns out he's 23. These guys are all under 23.
