looks like a bit over 3/4 of his games were at 2B, with some at SS and LF, I thought he was initially considered to be a SS as a prospect

Dodgers originally drafted Sirota in 2021 so they obviously like the player and have been following him for a while now. They are uncrowding the infield after announcing Betts will start next year at SS and this may give them another OF down the road.

What the Dodgers fielding positions will look like this year is anyone's guess but they have a ton of depth and flexibility.
