Denis Gauthier's son.

But also don't forget, he's Jacques and Raymond Rougeaus' nephew.

We need good players if you think a player is good draft them don't worry about a theoretical depth chart that won't matter when Morin is NHL ready.
To a certain point, yes. But we overloaded. Guhle and Xhekaj are locks. Hutson is coming. Already no room for Harris. Trudeau starting play well and Struble needs to be signed.

If Habs 1st pick is between 5th and 8th, they should grab one of these two. Barlow seems to have speed, size and great scoring touch. With Florida's pick (10th to 15th) Gauthier would be a good option.

From Bob McKenzie’s mid season prospect ranking that was.just released where he surveys 10 scouts.

The first 16 prospects are forwards.
The top-ranked defenceman is Axel Sandin-Pellikka, the sub 6-foot mobile, offensive-mind Swedish blueliner who played so well for Tre Kronor at the WJC. He is No. 17 on the list. The other defencemen who found spots in TSN’s Top 32 include: big Austrian two-way defender David Reinbacher at No. 20; dynamic Russian Mikhail Gulyayev at No. 24; offensive-minded Canadian Lukas Dragicevic of the WHL’s Tri-City Americans at No. 27; and London Knight two-way defender Oliver Bonk, son of former NHLer Radek Bonk, at No. 30.
