I've lost all interest in the NBA this year. There is literally no point to the regular season (and the first 3 rounds of the playoffs), 28 teams are irrelevant and have exactly 0% chance to win the title, it's dumb.

Brutal for Sacramento. You trade your best player to a team that is 1-2 games behind you for the 8th playoff spot and you get next to nothing in return.

That would be like if we were hanging on the edge of the last playoff spot and we suddenly traded Jeff Skinner or Justin Faulk for a bunch of Riley Nashes. That is the kind of move that sets franchises back 5-10 years. Good thing Sacramento built their new arena.

What makes it worse is that Philly holds the right to swap 1st round picks with them AND the Sixers hold their 2019 1st (which is unprotected). If anything, they're bigger winners in that trade than the Kings, and they weren't even part of it.

AFAIK there are no 7'2" 2 guards in that draft, so you will likely trade the pick for Danilo Gallinari or some ****

What incompetence, good lord thats got to be enraging for Kings fans. Take notes future and current GM's, this is not how you run a professional sports organization.
