GDT: Championship Game: USA vs Canada, 2/20 - 8pm ET (ESPN, ESPN+) There will be no political discussion, will result in warnings and thread bans.

Americans have shown zero humility during this tournament, claiming narratives that are yet to be written. In the end this will be their demise! Scripted fights are lame and seems to be the epitome of the team. You should focus on what matters for once and do it with grace, in other words, learn from Canada.

3-2 Canada wins! Mad respect for the talent on both teams, the shenanigans aside, this has been a great tournament with high level hockey

Did you see the disapproval of all those Montreal fans booing and then quietly sitting in their seats after the scripted fights? Lol

Such shame.

Lol wow hypocritical much? Canada and their fans have not been the picture of class and grace that's for sure.
 
I haven't changed my stance.. US is better and I think Canada wins.

What I love about Canada is the big 3 and the intangibles that they always come out of these as winner. I am not a huge Binnington as starter fan though.

What I love about the USA is pretty much the entire roster from G to 14F. Just stacked! What I don't like is that they don't often win the big game at the senior level (almost never in fact). Maybe this is the start of something and they go on an all timer.

Good luck to both! I'm quite excited for the game to be honest. No injuries to McDavid as my Oil need him!

America going to be pumped playing in front of home crowd…. And I don’t really think Canada can match the type of physicality/intensity the USA brings.

Mack Mcdavid and Crosby need to play like the best players in the world if the want a chance. Maybe we’ll get another Mcdavid playoff speech
