Do people here remember in the early 1990s when CCM/Maska made the NHL Heritage Sweater collection? I like collecting these to wear while outdoor skating or playing outdoor hockey to showcase the game's history. Why doesn't the league and CCM start producing these again? We could have some of the original classics like the Hamilton Tigers, Pittsburgh Pirates, Toronto St Pats, St Louis Eagles, Philadelphia Quakers, and others. I would add in a few new ones to add as the next generation:

Montreal Canadiens-1910-The very first with the blue base with white logo
Quebec Bulldogs-1913-The blue and white with "Quebec" emblazoned on the front
New York Americans-1935-the version with the US Stars and Stripes shield crest or 1940 with the large "A" on the front.
NHL All Sters-1955-the white coloured version-in contrast to the red one that was in the original set produced.
Chicago Blackhawks-1927-The black and white version
Edmonton Eskimos-1924-Western Canada Hockey League-White base with green trim with "Edmonton" emblazoned on the front.
Victoria Cougars-1926-Last non-NHL team to win Stanley Cup and forerunner of Detroit franchise-this was made by Ebbets Field but seems to be no longer available.

Here is a link to an article on them:

I dont remember these, but I do remember the ones Ebbets Field made, which were very similar to these CCM sweaters.
