Had a playoffish feel, both goalies were insanely good. Panthers def not playin their full game, CBJ was playing super desperate, happy they got a point, like to see them in the playoffs

Panthers didn't look great (injuries really taking a toll), but it wasn't due to lack of energy. CBJ looked like what they are, which is a fairly mid-tier team that gives maximum effort and needs to be respected as such.
I thought the Jackets got away with a lot of infractions last night -- like some comical ones, honestly -- and that probably got them into OT. When you're just hauling guys down in the defensive zone and then elbowing them in the neutral zone, makes it a lot easier to swing possession.

Columbus isn't a bad team and they are fighting for their playoff lives, but yeah we still look a few steps behind given our injury/house arrest situation.

Yeah, Balinskis just hasn't really elevated his game since we signed him last year, which is a little disappointing.
Maurice did in the third period, that's for sure. Maybe because of that turnover in the d zone that lead to a scoring chance against.
Talking with CBJ fans afterward, the wind is out of their sails. I agree, we won't meet that squad in the postseason.
