This is a key game. By the time they come back from their break, the season will be mostly baked and it's likely, the Canes will be last in the east (not counting games in hand). It's too bad the Canes are so young as a few seasoned vets would help them down the stretch, but you can only cook with the ingredients you have on hand. Francis has been picking up other team's crumbs for a couple of years now, so it is what it is and why we lack talent.
The team's bread and butter is to limit chances, so they'll need to do that the rest of the way so that Cam doesn't get ground to a pulp. We all know, Lacko Taco isn't a solution.
So what will it be? Will the cream rise to the top? or will this team fold like phyllo dough? Regardless, I sure hope Seguin, Benn and the likes don't roast them tonight.
