Pittsburgh is $1.5 mill over the cap so who gets bought out or traded?

M. Granlund buyout would be 833k year 1 and then 1.833 mill the next 3 years but also could be traded anywhere.

Jeff Carter is buyout proof and would need to approve any trade so unlikely.

Petty buyout would be $3 mill year 1, $4.5 mill year 2, and then $1.25 mill year 3 and 4.
