Personally I think Vancouver is immediately a better team with Power and Cozens minus EP40. Maybe I’m on an island there.

I’m willing to move a B prospect and 1st considering those guys are also young and signed. Maybe we need another piece back, but a monster young puckmover and workhorse centre is appealing to me. A skinny metrosexual Swede is increasingly becoming less appealing.

I bet there are a lot of guys not at the table. The owner doesn't want trades, and our GM is completely subservient to the owner and rarely makes trades. Dahlin is definitely not available, probably 3-5 other players too. Maybe we'll trade one of Byram or Power, although I doubt it right now.

No thanks, Dahlin is our most important player and without him this team literally can't win a period, let alone a game. Also I'd have to become a Canucks fan if this deal happens, at least I'd get to see them in the playoffs.

Frankly, I’m a bit worried about his recent play. JT comes back and he drops again? Tonight, he in a span of 10 minutes he falls on his butt at random, whiffs a pass, misses a shot and hits side of net. 2-2 game going into OT this all happened in.

Definitely seems as if something odd is going on between the two centers, it’s unfortunate to see.

I think it's because under Rutherford they are pretty tight lipped and not much gets leaked. Everyone that is on the block gets tied back to them so the insiders can claim they knew about it first.

Side note...Friedman on the canucks broadcast last night flat out said he had no idea the trades that happened yesterday were going to happen. Not often you get a guy in that position own up to having no idea what was going on.
