There's a game tonight. Here is a thread for discussion of said game.

Over/under for Vanek-Tavares-Okposo combined points set initially at 5.

As is the case for the last few games, my only request for this game is JFWP.

For some reason I feel better about this than having Peters in.

Me too, If we are going to split the starts would much prefer to see JP at home against the Preds than Tavares/Okposo.

Though I would be fine with Anton getting both starts. I truly believe the only way path that leads this team to the playoffs this year is if he gets hot in the pipes. I have been a huge Cam supporter in the past but my faith in him is gone. Hopefully Anton shows enough that the brass realizes he cannot be traded given Cam's injury concerns and Peters is moved before the deadline if possible for whatever (not expecting much return).

Anton is the most athletic but it also seems a bit reckless and he gave up a ton of juicy rebounds last game. I still have to see more.

I am willing to give him some rope in the last game, because all I saw was Hainsey either giving up great chances or punching pucks into our own net for that 8 minute stretch of the second.

Yeah, Bruin fans compared his style to Thomas. Which is fine if your defense is prepared for that, but it could get ugly if they aren't.

idk, he looked alright and positionally sound. he just looked really rusty in terms of rebounds. maybe the guy has never played enough in his career to really get on his game. has he ever played back to back games or more for a while in the NHL before?

yeah but any more than a game or two at a time? anyway, it may be a good idea to just go with Khudobin for a stretch.
