Price for 12.

So the cheapest ticket was $50? Jesus.

It can be argued Montreal/Toronto should have only gotten the tournment once and more twice

Well the "duel hosting over 2 years" thing was set in stone a while ago, even though 2015 did poorly it's not like they could pull out of 2017.

What surprises me (as someone who went in 2015 in Montreal) is how attendance looks even worse this year. I don't think any of the Canada games, at least, were this poorly attended in 2015. I thought they would have upped the marketing and lowered the prices, seems like they didn't do either.

Maybe not enough players from the Q?

Seems like there's more this year then usual, though that's just a guess.

I think it's just that people in Montreal don't care about junior hockey as much. Hard to blame them. If I had the Habs here I would not care about kids playing hockey.

With conversion and extra fee's it's over $40.

And those seats are up in the rafters.

They should keep it in Europe.

Hockey Canada doesn't deserve this tournament anymore.

These tickets should not be more then $20, and that's by the glass.

This is not the Olympic Games.

Actually, the Olympics are way cheaper lol.

There are actually a bunch of lower bowl tickets for $15...

Looks like NHL prices for teams with demand. I would consider going to one game in the nosebleeds but that's about it. Hopefully this showing drives down prices for the tournament here in Vancouver in 2019.

Exactly!

There were quite a few prominent ones in 2015 (Duclair, Morin, Gauthier and Fucale, a Habs prospect to boot) and it didn't really make a difference.

Junior hockey just isn't really a thing here. Look at how fast the Montreal Juniors packed up shop the last time they tried junior hockey here.
