Where the heck was this passion in this year's World Cup of hockey? Man, it could have used it. The fans were asleep, there was barely a bodycheck the entire tournament and there is no hatred or rivalries anymore.

Turkey lost, which prevented them from getting promoted.

At the time they could have clinched promotion, then in the next game Australia had to win in regulation time and pulled their goalie with a minute and a half left. They scored with a minute left, it was a tense tournament amongst the better teams.

It is interesting that the only penalty (and subsequent suspension) was to one of the Bulgarian players.
