Not sure if this has been discussed but Ryan Hartman is the only right handed forward on the Wild with more than 5 goals and Brock Boeser is from Minnesota. Could a deal get done with just draft picks going to Vancouver or would a roster player need to be added. The team is playing very well but have a predominantly left handed lineup including on defense where Spurgeon is the only right shot on the back end. What gets a deal done for Boeser?

He’s not the greatest fit for a 4th line role, especially at his cap price.

We don't need Wingers. we are stacked, so no thanks. We aren't trading our current 1c, or dumba for unneeded position

Brock Boeser and Chaisson for Boldy makes Minny a contender NOW. Brings Brock Boeser back home to snipe for his hometown team for YEARS well also adding Chaisson who jams pp goals for the Wild into the playoffs. Boldy helps the Canucks depth in the future

There is more of a chance of my Devils winning the cup this year than the Wild trading Boldy for a winger, or anyone for that matter

Haha funny. We aren't trading boldy, not a chance for boeser or any other Canucks player

He's injured and will miss a few weeks. Boeser could be another right handed option on the power play too.

And where exactly do you think he plays? 4th line? Our team doesn't care about lefty or righty like fans or online people do. Winger is the last of our need

Straight prospects/picks in any deal then?
If they went for a higher end addition at the deadline, probably yeah. I don't think they will, though.

In any case I don't see them pursuing Boeser. It'd make more sense to focus on retaining Fiala if that's a possibility. If it's not then there's really no way they can afford Boeser, either.

Yes, it has been discussed many times, with pissing streams and big swinging d...ks being compared. Bottom line is that Boeser was not a need for MN before Boldy came up, and is even less so now. Give us a call if Boeser decides to switch to center and we'll talk. Bye.

Minnesota has finally got themselves some shiny new toys, they're not giving them up, having too much fun with them.

If that was ever a possibility I'd say that ship sailed and will never return.
