I was against playing Xhekaj, but it's time to consider it. Our D looked lost and limp during that awful minute where Washington scored twice. Savard has been solid and deserves respect... but he's being left behind. Even Struble is playing smaller. Xhekaj comes with risk – dumb penalties and lost coverages – but he also brings mobility and strength around the net, two things that have disappeared.

These playoffs
1. Money maker for Molson
2. Learning curve for the young guys on the team
3. Learning for MSL coaching in playoffs
4. Fans get to see the Bell centre alive
5. Fans at home post here

Fair enough but he said what he said where he saw the game from. The way he sounded he had a view I didn't have.

Denis travels with the team when RDS is broadcasting. Pretty sure he knows people in the staff and is getting echoes.

God forbid anyone say literally anything about Slafkovsky, but we can totally write off Xhekaj (a guy who just turned 24yrs old).

Make it make sense, please.

Normally the difference between a 20yrs old and 24yrs old in hockey is enormous. Xhekaj is kind of the exception here since he figured out junior hockey at 20, he's 24 turning 22 hockey wise.

Yes, also Slaf just turned 21, and Xhekaj just turned 24, so technically 3yrs difference, but that said, agreed 100%.

It would be overkill to attack Slaf more than you do. You already have Slafkovsky written off with your posse…. I also defend Xhekaj. I can assure you no one hates on Xhekaj as much as you guys hate Slaf. Xhekaj will be fine. :)

The boys looked gassed. They don't play efficient hockey.

They overcome their gaps and lack of depth by working intensely hard, but I think it's starting to show in terms of fatigue.

I've seen some gutless habs teams. I question anyone who says these boys are intimidated. This is the gutsiest group of habs players I've ever watched. The whole crew outside of Laine work hard, get in the dirty areas, fight and never back down.

I never had expectations of winning. This PO was always about experience. They always lacked the depth to go anywhere, it's not a secret.

Im happy that the games have been close and if they lose the next two, I hope they continue to be as close as they have been.

The team is getting there. The rebuild isn't over and it didn't stop because the habs made the playoffs.
I love you. 🥰

False

Following a complaint, the OQLF judged that since ''GO'' is an anglicism, it has to be removed. So now it's ''Allez, Canadiens, Allez!''
So, if you start saying " go Habs go" you gst thrown out of thr Bell Centre, or something ?

I'd do things to piss them off and be "va Habs va"

The short version is no, it only apply to government and public agency. Not to private citizen (you) or private business (the Habs).

Unfortunately it applies to all businesses in Quebec, even private ones.

It's related to the signage/advertising/etc.

You can thank Bill 96 for that.

Of course it won't apply to any private citizen though
