They are beatable. I honestly thought we’d go down in 4 (easily), but after seeing these games, I predict we’ll win the next 2 and can actually win the series. I’m really hoping Marty makes the necessary changes though.

Thompson has been decent, but rebounds, and that crazy don't wanna cover the puck routine?? Are they not wanting faceoffs in their own end, and let him do this??

Anyhow, tomorrow night first 10 minutes may dictate the entire game. We need game three boys, or it's basically over.
That said I think we win game 3.

Home games will help MSL a lot. We are esy to defend against on the road cause we have one productive line. We were 23-12-6 at home during the regulars eason and 17-19-5 on the road. Being a one line pony makes us very easy to play against when we don't have the last change.

I'd have to read it but sounds dumb on its face. You're gonna put an AHL rookie into his first NHL game and a pivotal playoff game to boot? And when he's never practiced with the senior team? Hard pass - probably bad for his development and won't help team chemistry either.

Down 0–2 in the series. It’s time to take some liberties—we can’t afford to hold back anymore.

PP1 – With Laine on it, it’s too easy to defend and far too predictable.

Laine was a liability last night. Whether he’s injured or simply lacks the heart for it, something needs to change—urgently.

Savard is expendable. Arber needs to be in the lineup, and he has to bring the nasty. Set the tone early—call out that floppy clown Wilson.

We’re too small on D. During our 2021 playoff run, our top four were Weber, Edmundson, Chiarot, and Petry—all over 6'3", 200+ pounds. They cleared the crease and dismantled opponents. They were mean, physical, and impossible to play against. It's a shame Mailloux and Reinbacher aren’t ready yet—they’re exactly what this roster needs right now, leaving Carrier and Struble rounding out the third pairing.

We looked significantly better with the shuffled lines. We need Demidov in the game, and he needs to be on PP1.

The changes we need are obvious. It’s time to implement them.

All rookies might be better options than injured ineffective players . Has happened in the past more than a few times in the playoffs , especially with rookies that play a heavier game.
Again he won’t need to excel , just need to give more then the injured ineffective player

Longer than that. Since january 1st Armia has 11 points -5 in 44 games and two of those points are empty net points. If you include the playoffs it's 11 points in 46 games which is kind of pretty bad for a guy playing on average 14:18 a game. Also our PK has been bad lately. For the overall season we rank high but since march 1st we rank 17th.

As others have mentioned — if Flo was ready, I’d play him before Kapanen. He’d be a great addition to the lineup. The Sheriff and the Deputy laying down the law would be f***ing fantastic.

That said, it’s probably way too early and risky to introduce the Deputy. f***ing shame, really.

Of course it isn't... it's just a want. A desire. I am willing to bet unless Laine injury there will be no lineup changes, because MSL will bend over backward not to appear like he is doing something because someone wants him to.
