Hopefully he improves his game or (at the very least) his attitude.

I don’t think he had any chance of signing with an NHL club as it currently stands.

I don’t think that’s a fit. The Swiss National League is unreasonably strict with penalties. All that I have heard from North Americans players is that the officiating is terrible.

I'm not sure about his attitude but most certainly the altitude will be increased i also doubt that he is a good fit but let's give it a try

So he found another opportunity while under contract with the Canes and decided "f*** it", lets end this NHL dream now?

There was a time when all the NHL scouts were watching this guy in junior when they should've been watching his smaller linemate.

There were no attitude problems in Carolina. The opposite, in fact. Lemieux knew his role, embraced it, and even accepted healthy scratches with the right attitude of “I just got to be ready when they put me back in.”

The problem, this year, was that he was replaced in that role. He was already a 13th forward, and Jost appears to have taken that spot from him. There was no reason for him to remain in Carolina. So both sides agreed to part ways.

the move any guy should make if they aren't gonna be in an nhl lineup and have offers from almost any top european league.

that said...hes a case where i'm not sure europe is the right move...hope it works out but he's an absolute snapshow when the wires cross
