So California
I'm looking for something that I wont have to cook. Something that I can just grab and go. Something that will fill me up till lunch time. Maybe like some type of bar or something? I was also thinking of maybe a drink of some sorts, or a drink that I can just sip on throughout the day? Any first hand suggestions?

Prepare a shake the night before.
2 eggs
Vanilla
Nature or vanilla Yogourt
2 bananas
1 orange
1 apple
Any kind of berries
Milk
Ice

Mix it in a blender and keep it in the fridge for the night. Drink it when you wake up, it tastes good (add some brown sugar if it's not sweet enough), and don't worry you'll last until lunch for sure.

Avacado, cottage cheese, yogurt, dry vector cereal, anything with protein. A drink isn't the best choice if you want to feel full for a long period of time.

Taco Bell has breakfast now. Hashbrown built in. Can't go wrong with that.

Numerous McDonald's breakfast meals. Extra hash browns. Ask them for "enough meals to ensure diabetes." They usually know what I mean when I ask for that.

Learn how to boil eggs. Yeah, it's cooking but pretty minimal(use a small bowl of cool water to put extra boiled eggs inimmediately after removal , they don't get grey and sulphury them ). Then stick some bread in the toaster.

Or, just chug an ensure. If you're wondering about the nutritional quality, they (or pediasure/glucerna)are used for people that are exclusively fed by GI tube feed.

This fills me up and takes literally 2 minutes to make in the morning. Though I make it the night before and just grab it and go in the mornings.
