Good morning friends.

In this installment of BFFoF we are sub-zeroing in on one of my fam faves: ICE CREAM

And this week it's relevant to me personally because it is MY turn to host our monthly "Cold Cone's with the Boys" ice cream party 2mow!

So I'm doing something something a little different this time around - Homemade Sawft-Swerve ICECREAM in my own kitchen!!!! After a quick search of the internet i found this recipe and it looks like it will not only be delish but super fun to make.

Blog is by some gril named "Gemma" but just try to ignore that and skip thru to the recipe part - the best part is you need to use DRY ICE to make this stuff which is like an old school science experimient so if you have kiddos or even are a big kid at heart this one is for U!

Ingredients
•4 cups (32floz/960g) milk, full fat*
•1 Cup (8 oz/240g) sugar
•⅔ Cup (5oz /150g) cream
•(95g/) dry milk powder
•Â½ vanilla extract,
•Â½ teaspoon salt
•900 g/ 2 lbs dry ice* (this has to be measured in weight and not cups)

now keep in mind this is just for some vanilla cones, but the recipe makes 2 pints so Imma throw chocolate chippahs in the second pint for a little flavour - and you can get creative as you want with toppings like a normal Friday Ice Cream party!
